Welcome to Travel Mart Holiday. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our GST compliance services and training programs. By using our services or enrolling in training, you agree to these terms.
We provide GST compliance support (registration/amendments, return filing, reconciliation, e-invoice/e-way setup, notice assistance) and training programs (GST, Tally, Excel, and related compliance skills). The scope for each engagement is confirmed via phone/WhatsApp/email or written quotation.
Delays or inaccuracies in client-provided inputs may impact timelines and outcomes.
Fees are shared before starting work. Invoices are raised under GSTIN 24AJAPD1072G2ZW. GST is applicable as per government rules. Any statutory fees/late fees/penalties payable to the government are borne by the client unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Training schedules, duration, and curriculum are communicated in advance. Certificates (if applicable) are issued based on attendance/assessment criteria defined for the program.
For services already delivered (e.g., filings submitted, reconciliations completed), fees are generally non-refundable. For training, refund/transfer policies depend on batch timelines and seat allocation; contact us for the applicable policy for your cohort.
We handle client documents and information with care and use them only for service delivery and compliance purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
We are not responsible for outcomes impacted by incorrect/incomplete data provided by the client, portal downtime, third-party delays, or changes in government rules/interpretations. Our liability, if any, is limited to the service fees paid for the specific engagement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jamnagar, Gujarat.
